THE NEW JERUSALEM CHURCH

COME AND WORSHIP JESUS CHRIST

The message of His Coming will be announced to the Church!

King David sent this message to Zadok and Abiathar, the priests: "Ask the elders of Judah, 'Why should you be the last to bring the king back to the palace, since what is being said throughout Israel has reached the king at his quarters? You are my brothers, my own flesh and blood. So why should you be the last to bring back the king? He won over the hearts of all the men of Judah as though they were one man. They sent word to the king, 'Return, you and all your men'. Then the king returned and went as far as Jordan. Now the men of Judah had come to Gilgal to go out and meet the king and bring him across the Jordan. Now the men of Judah had come to Gilgal to meet the king and bring him across Jordan (2Sam. 19:11-15).

The message of His Coming will be declared to the Church and only to the church! These days many people keep blabbering that Jesus Christ is coming this day, that day, this year or before the end of this year. In this 20th century, since 1914, some had been having devilish dreams about the Coming of Jesus Christ and still there are some who keep saying that this man said so or that man said so about the Coming of Jesus Christ and I concur with him etc. The followers of such preachers will be disappointed when finally frustrated and will remain unprepared to face the Coming of the Lord. The secret of the Coming of the Lord is committed with us. "Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets" (Amos 3:7).

In the Scriptures, the Old Testament is the source of the New Testament. This is divided into three parts.

1. The commandments called Torah, which includes Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.

2. The books of prophecy called Nebiim. a. Early prophets: Joshua, Judges, I Samuel, II Samuel, I Kings and II Kings. b. Later prophets: Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi.

3. The various written works called Kethubim.

The books of prophecies: By the history of Israel and through it God reveals His will. Moreover as the history of Israel comprise within itself the future happenings of the world, these are known by the prophecies or prophets. God shows an incident or a verse or a part of the Scriptures as the basis of what He is about to do. In the same way, we proclaim to you what God has revealed to us with Scriptural basis.

Fearing his son Absalom, the anointed king David ran away with his loyal followers to the wilderness across the brook. Absalom was ruling the land. King David had left the priests Zadok and Abiathar in the country. In the war happened later, Absalom was killed. Our Lord Jesus Christ has left for the other land (heaven). All the Israelites were discussing among themselves to call back again king David who delivered them from their enemies. This news reached the king.

Similarly theses days there are many who speak, pray, sing and dance for the coming of the Lord, and there are many who predict the time of His advent and pretend to be prepared for His coming. This is a big group of ten tribes. They are Israelites and the children of God. However they are not of the church, the body of God and they do not have the steadfast Spirit.

King David sent a secret message to Zadok and Abiathar, the priests: "Ask the elders of Judah, 'You are my brothers, my own flesh and blood. So why should you be the last to bring back the king?'" The priests informed the elders of Judah of this message from the king. The elders of Judah passed on this message to the people of Judah and won over the hearts of all the people, as they were one man. Therefore they went out to meet the king and bring him and his men across the river Jordan.

Among the Israelites there is group called Judah. That is the church, which is the body of Jesus Christ. The Lord feeds and cares for that church which is a member of His body and belongs to His flesh and bones. This is a profound mystery - but I am talking about the church (Eph.5:30-32). There is only one church where the ministers are anointed and appointed by God. That church will be spread all over the world and will be prepared any time for the Coming as the heart of a single man. In other churches there could be strife for position, racial divisions, doctrinal discords, conflict over principles and difference in customs. They will never come together for doing good but may join only for evil purposes like Herod and Pilate who were enemies but concurred to murder the truth. The king would send the message to the anointed priests. The priests would send the message to the elders and ministers who in turn would announce it to the church. The church will go with one accord to meet Jesus. Others might say that they were the first to announce the news. Though they might argue that they are the ten tribes they are like those who followed Bichri's son Sheba who was a son of Belial(devil)(2Sam.19:40; 20:1,2).

The message of Lord's Coming will be announced to the church and not to others. God will inform that news to us. God said that the appearance of the Lord would be revealed in His own times (I Tim.6: 15). As others are not of the true church, their calculations, revelations and announcements are proved wrong. It will happen only as we say and not as they say. The Lord God will reveal His secrets only to His prophets, the true ministers (Amos 3:7). The apostle who said, "Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep" (1Cor.15:51; 1Thes.4:15-17) and the church existing then are no more. This prophecy does not belong to them but to the apostle who arises in the last days and to the church.

Moreover the 70th week or the last week of prophet Daniel has not yet started. The antichrist has not yet revealed himself (Dan.9:24-27). The appearance of Antichrist should precede the day of Christ. Only after satan who holds back is hurled down from heaven, antichrist will appear (2 Thes.2:8;Rev.12:7-10). Only after antichrist appears, the day of Christ will come. Therefore do not become unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come, until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction (2Thes. 2:2,3). Some blabber that Christ will come before the end of this year. A Christian leader said so: 'My Lord, you have deceived us twice saying that you would come. If you don't come this year, I will leave this ministry'. What we would like to tell such false prophets is, it would be better if you leave this ministry for at least the sheep will be spared from deception! If you are truthful, do as you said.

The Lord said that the message of His coming will be announced to the church. The complete responsibility of distinguishing the children of Judah from other Israelites lies with the king. Similarly the responsibility of distinguishing New Jerusalem Church to announce the message of His Coming too will lie with Lord Jesus Christ. This is a prophecy. Beware of the claims of some false men who say that the time given to us or the time of the church is correctly estimated at 2000 years and that Christ would come before the completion of that period. There is no Scriptural basis for the assertion that the time of the church is 2000 years. This is a calculation of Seventh Day Adventists, which is wrong. As said by Jeremiah (Jer.8:8), they have chosen for themselves the lying pen of the scribes. All that they say are proved to be wrong estimates and lies. God will reveal His appearance in His own times and the message of His Coming will be announced to the church. Amen!

"Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?" (Gen.18:18).
